This scope mount base is an accessory designed to enable the TOKYO MARUI HOWA TYPE 89 Gas blowback Rifle to adapt red dot optics or other scopes.
Its a two part system and easy to install by clamping the mount on both sides of the set location on the upper receiver of the gun and screwing them together tightly.

Tokyo Marui Battery Conversion Adapter (Micro 500 to EX). Allows for use of the Micro 500 series AEP battery in Tokyo Marui AEP Sub-Machine guns (MP7, Mac10, VZ61 etc.). The Micro 500 AEP battery is the standard for all Marui AEP pistols and sub-machine guns, as the EX 500 series batteries are no longer available. These conversion adapters are now included with Marui Sub-machine guns models.
