Cybergun's new fully licensed MCX is not something to take lightly. Cybergun have upped their game as handling this for the first time will make you feel like you have a sturdy airsoft gun in your hands. The extendable stock and flip up front and rear sights are extremities you won't have to worry about due to the sheer sturdiness of the gun. The keymod rail system has ample room for plenty of extra accessories if you decide to add them. It is currently front wired with plenty of room within the rail system. The MCX comes with 3 extra springs, the M100, M110 and M120 and the quick change spring system allows the user to switch the spring out with ease and efficiency. The trigger response on this particular AEG is as fast a what you would get on many upgraded AEGs with a MOSFET as its own FET system is up there with ASG and Krytec.

A full metal gas blowback replica of the SIG P226 X-5, the KWC P226 is a full sized, hefty weight CO2 powered pistol.

Though it lacks the sublime quality of top tier brands it still stands alone as a good piece. A fully functioning slide GBB makes it realistic and fun to shoot, particularly with the steep kick found on CO2 weapons. At 400 FPS it is shooting clean, accurately and consistently makes it a very practical serious contender as a combat sidearm.

For those so inclined, the SIG design offers a rather large pistol grip which is still fine for smaller hands but those in the larger end of the scale might find this more comfortable then other more compact designs.

A replica of the Smith & Wesson Sigma, the KWC SW40F is a functioning slide gas blowback pistol running on CO2 capsules. With a polymer frame and metal slide, the rear of the slide even reports the internal hammer to be cocked or not due to the small hole allowing line of sight to the rear of the hammer, functioning as an indicator.

Shooting in nice clean lines, it clocks in at around 390fps with fantastic kick and sound and feeding from a 26 round magazine it makes for a pretty scary choice for a sidearm. With a single-action only trigger the weapon must be cocked to make shooting possible. There is a safety tab positioned on the bottom of the grip, slightly odd but it does allow a safe state while in transport to greatly reduce the chance of accidental discharge.

When you think about race guns there are a few things you want from it. Good trigger, Good grip feel, and easy manipulation. In airsoft very often when we think of 'race gun' you can imagine guns like the TM Gold Match, the CZ Shadow, and guns of that sort. Its not everyday that the Sig P226 comes to mind. However, there is a P226 that can, well at the very least SHOULD fit the build and that is the P226 X5.

Touted to be a competition style pistol, it sure does seem to have those external features that make it out to be one. For this video, I have brought out my personal P226 to show you guys some of the difference between the two of them. The regular P226 as you see here has a slightly shorter slide and it does not have the front cocking secretions as seen not the X5. The X5 also has clearly deeper rear secretions than that of the regard 226 as well.

You will notice that on the regular 226 the rear sight is notched and is a 3 dot style with the sights being slightly low profile. The X5, on the other hand are blacked out and anything by low profile. The rear sight is also adjustable for elevation. The frames look quite similar on both but there are also some noticeable differences. ON the regular 226 there is an obvious de-cocker next to the slide release and on the X5 there is no de-cocker but there is an ambidextrous safety. But the magazine release and slide releases are placed at the same location. Trigger guard wise they both look about the same sized and the magazine releases out of both of them as smooth as butter.

The flared magwell helps make reloads much easier and quicker. One definite constant with both guns is the take down for cleaning and adjusting the hop up. You move the slide back like so, push down the throw lever and slide the slide forward. As a final little point, the X5 also has an ever so slightly longer rail than the regular P226.

The Tokyo Marui 226 design makes a return with the updated E2 model. This polymer weapon, despite the lack of metal on the outside, maintains good weight with metal internals. It is very similar to Marui older model and tis also compatible with the old magazines.

A full size pistol with compact ergonomics, the switches are designed a little closer to make operation easier with one hand. The trigger pull length is mostly the same but the reset length is shorter making the trigger pull much quicker. With the hammer locked, the single action trigger pull is much shorter and faster as a consequence. The manual safety makes a return along with its secondary function as a de-cocker. The extra safety functions and shorter switches make it an ideal choice for users with smaller hands that might find other combat pistols a little too large to handle comfortably.

The magazine is similar to the old one but with improvements, it can also cycle on HFC134a / Duster gas or Top / Green / Propane gas but the later will wear the gun down faster. It clocks in at a Marui normal 270-290 FPS on green gas, a nice solid figure for an out-of-the-box Marui GBB pistol. The new magazine boasts 20% improvement on thermal-pressure efficiency which should help reduce cool down loss of power. With a BB capacity of 25 rounds, it is up their with the most combat effective airsoft sidearms. The ergonomic design as been further improved with the grip panels featuring a wrap-around design with no external screws.

The hop-up is adjustable via an internal wheel, the instructions included explain how to remove the upper to access it. This pistol runs on both the new and old mags, the new mag can run both the new and old 226.
